Sell Fox Yard to a retailer

HERE’S an idea for that would preserve the Market Hall, provide the council with some money and attract a major retail outlet.

The Conservative councillors clearly see Fox Yard as a good trading site, in which case it shouldn’t be a problem to sell it off to a retailer, along with a bit more of the car park.

That way, the Market Hall and its occupants can stay put, the ‘Golden Triangle’ remains intact and everybody’s happy.
