SOUNDS of the 1970s and 80s will help to raise money for the Adam'Smile campaign in Harborough next month.
A charity disco is being held in one of Harborough Town Football Club's new function rooms next Saturday, November 21, from 8pm until midnight.
The Adam'Smile appeal – to create a safe cycle route between Lubenham and Harborough – was launched in 2006 in memory of Lubenham 13-year-old Adam Mugridge, who died in a road accident.
The disco is being organised by Adam's parents, Kate and Dave Mugridge.
Money raised will also go towards the Leicester-based Laura Centre, which provides bereavement support for families when a child dies.
Tickets cost £5 and are available from Duncan Murray Wines in Adam and Eve Street, Harborough.
The football club, off Northampton Road, recently saw its facilities improved in a million pound project.
