BRIDES-to-be: pick up a copy of this week’s Mail for your chance to win £150-worth of personal training with a Lutterworth-based personal trainer.

HAVING married in August, Louise Mercieca knows what is running through a woman’s mind as she approaches her wedding day.

Amongst the numerous practical considerations, the bride also wants to look and feel amazing as she takes centre stage.

In collaboration with a number of wedding venues across Leicestershire and Northamptonshire, Louise is setting up a series of Bridal Boot Camps that will allow brides-to-be to exercise together and gain valuable tips on fitness and wellbeing.

Lutterworth-based Louise said: “As well as delivering results, the sessions are also designed to be fun and allow the opportunity to socialise with others who have weddings on the mind and experiences to share.”

Venues already signed up to the Bridal Boot Camps include Shearsby Bath, Wymondham Windmill and Dodmoor House, Northamptonshire.

The chance to exercise at and therefore spend more time at your chosen wedding venue may also be an incentive to join a Boot Camp there.

In addition to the Boot Camps, Louise will also work with clients on a one-to-one personal trainer basis.

Louise added: “I recognise that people often have hectic schedules so am prepared to travel and work with clients.”

4 The Mail has teamed up with Louise, of The Health Kick, to offer a bride-to-be who is getting married this year six personal training sessions worth £150.

Entrants must be getting married during 2012, live in the Harborough or Lutterworth area and would need to take up their prize within three months of the winner being announced. Participants must be able to answer some basic questions on their health to ensure they are fit and healthy enough to take part.

For more information and to be in with a chance of winning, pick up a copy of this week’s Mail (February 2).
