Car crashes into tree

A MOTORIST escaped injury after his car left the road and hit a tree last night (Wednesday, November 19).
Emergency services were called to the A427 close to the roundabout at the end of Rockingham Road, Harborough, at about 11.30pm.

Northants police said the car, a Rover 600, had left the road and hit a tree but that the driver suffered no injuries.

One fire crew from Harborough also attended to make the vehicle safe.
