A major employer in Harborough has put more than 20 of its staff through a management development programme.

All Leisure Holidays Limited of Rockingham Road, formerly known as Travelsphere, launched the programme in 2012.

It covers motivation and coaching, as well as delegation and personal impact.

Each year the employees involved in the course give individual presentations to
company directors and senior managers.

Due to the programme’s success the company is now launching another development course this year known as a personal effectiveness programme.

Chief executive Ian Smith, pictured above, said: “I firmly believe in developing our own people ahead of external recruitment and I was delighted to present 21 of our staff with their management development programme certificates and awards – a number of who have already been promoted.”
