Please keep search for Stuart alive
Stuart Taylor of Harrowby Lane, Grantham, has been missing for more than two weeks.
THE PARTNER of a man who has been missing for more than a month has issued another emotional plea to Mail readers to keep the search alive.
Stuart Taylor disappeared on Tuesday, December 13.
Although there have been a number of reported sightings of him - the most recent in Fleckney High Street on January 9 - the last confirmed sighting was in Harborough the day after his disappearance.
Mr Taylor has strong links with the Harborough area but had been living with his partner Lorraine Templeton in Grantham before he disappeared.
Miss Templeton, who has handed out missing posters and leaflets in Harborough in a bid to find Mr Taylor, this week made another emotional plea.
She said: “Stuart’s elderly parents live in Lancaster and he is their only child so needless to say they are going out of their mind with worry, not knowing is the worst thing in the world, being left in limbo with no closure.
“I just want to remind people he is still missing, still lost with a family who love him dearly and just want him home. I would just like to ask people to keep a look out for Stuart. He may have a beard by now which will alter his appearance.
“I spent last Saturday and Sunday walking around Foxton Locks putting up posters of Stuart, I have sent posters to bed and breakfast, and pubs in the south/south east of Leicestershire.
“Please, please help me I know a lot of people go missing every year and apart from the missing people’s charity we have absolutely no one to turn to for help or support. I cannot express how isolating this feels.
“Please, please help prevent Stuart from becoming another forgotten statistic.”
