People living in the Harborough area are being invited to share their views on local NHS services at two Big Healthcare Conversations during December.
Dr Dave Briggs, managing director of East Leicestershire and Rutland Clinical Commissioning Group, said: “We know that the NHS needs to change and improve in many ways, so there is a lot to talk about. Your views really can shape the way that your local healthcare services are designed, planned and managed, so we would very much like to see you at one of these events.
“We’ll be discussing the future of local minor injury and illness services, maternity services and a host of other local healthcare issues, as well as the national challenges that impact on the healthcare services we commission for our area.”
The events take place on: Thursday, December 12 at The Blaby Hotel, Enderby Road, Blaby LE8 4GD from 12.30pm – 5pm. Refreshments and registration begin at 12 noon.
A second event will be held on Monday, December 16 at Barnsdale Hall Hotel, Nr Oakham, Rutland LE15 8AB from 12.30pm – 5pm. Refreshments and registration begin at 12 noon.
