Thousands of visitors are expected to descend on Lubenham this weekend for the annual scarecrow weekend.
The 13th annual event promises to offer dozens of scarecrows along with a host of other attractions over Saturday and Sunday.
There will be a dog show on the Saturday afternoon, with people urged to enter their pooches by midday for the 1pm show.
Organised by the Market Harborough and District Canine Society, it promises to be an entertaining spectacle.
With 15 classes ranging from Pedigree Puppy to Waggiest Tail and Most Like Owner, it should tempt every dog, and its owner, to have a go.
Register to enter on the West Field. For more details visit www.marketharboroughanddistrictcaninesociety.org
There will be music by young artists from 14Records on the Saturday, and performances by Out of the Blue and the Big Help Academy on the Sunday.
Other attractions include a fairground, stalls, tractor rides and a maze.
Organiser also say there are rumours that ‘something really spectacular’ is going to appear in Papillon Hall Farm’s field next to the main road to Theddingworth.
Admission and parking are free.
