A busy Market Harborough road is to be closed for six hours a day for the next three days.

Bellfields Lane in Little Bowden will be shut from 9.30am-3.30pm until Wednesday (May 12) as urgent tree works go ahead.

Workers are removing overhanging tree branches from the road and railway lines, said Leicestershire County Council.

Drivers are being diverted via Kettering Road, Rectory Lane and Scotland Road and vice versa.
